Return & Refund Period: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund. Requests after 30 days will not be accepted.
Eligible Returns: We accept returns for:
Defective or damaged items (including manufacturing flaws).
Incorrect items (not what you ordered).
How to Start a Return:

Include your order number, reason for return, and photos of the item (if applicable).
Our team will review your request and send you a return address (and a pre-paid label if applicable).
Return Conditions:
Items must be returned in their original condition—unworn, unused, with all original labels and packaging. We reserve the right to reject returns that don’t meet these conditions.
Refund Process:
Once we confirm the returned item meets our conditions, we’ll process your refund within 1-2 business days.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Note: It may take 7-15 days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs:
No handling fees for returns.
If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective item, wrong product), we cover return shipping and issue a full refund.
If the return is due to your reasons (e.g., personal preference, wrong size/color chosen), you’ll pay the return shipping fee.
Exchanges:
To exchange for a different size/model, mention your request when contacting support. No extra fees or shipping charges apply.
Order Cancellation:
Cancel before shipment by contacting us immediately for a full refund (no fees). Once shipped, our return policy applies.
