Shipping Scope: Currently, we only ship to the United States (no international shipping).
Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after placement.
Delivery Time:
Estimated transit time with UPS: 7-10 business days (business days only; weekends/holidays not included).
Note: Actual delivery may vary due to factors like weather, shipping delays, etc.
Shipping Costs:
Orders ≥ $30: Free shipping
Orders < $30: $15 shipping fee
No taxes applied.
Address Changes:
You can modify your shipping address free of charge only if requested before we provide the tracking number.
Order Tracking:
Registered users: Track via your account on prints-onlineshop.com.
Non-registered users: Track using your Order ID and email via our order tracking page.
Order Cancellation:
Cancel before shipment: Contact us immediately for a full refund (no fees).
Cancel after shipment: Subject to our standard return policy.
Key Definitions:
Handling Days: Time for the package to leave our warehouse (2-3 business days).
Transit Days: Time for the carrier to deliver to you (7-10 business days).
